&lt;p&gt;This yummy, oatmeal, banana and peanut butter protein packed smoothie is SO easy, SO filling and SO healthy!! Triple win!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Clean Oatmeal Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Makes 1 serving.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 medium banana (frozen or room temp)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/4 cup rolled oats&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/4 cup nonfat greek vanilla yogurt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 tbsp PB2&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup ice&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pulse oats in blender until they become a powder.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Add rest of ingredients and blend.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;284 calories&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4.5g total fat&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;16.0g protein&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They’re back!  &lt;a href="http://life-with-aubrey.tumblr.com/post/28235631699/ive-been-liking-zucchini-more-and-more-lately-i"&gt;Zucchini tots&lt;/a&gt; have become a staple in my kitchen.  They’re so easy and so healthy that I just can’t stop making them.  I thought I’d share my latest experiment, since these were the best yet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Zucchini Tots, Again&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;em&gt;3 servings&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup grated zucchini&lt;br/&gt;1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese&lt;br/&gt;1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs&lt;br/&gt;1 small onion, minced&lt;br/&gt;1 large egg&lt;br/&gt;1 teaspoon Italian seasoning &lt;br/&gt;1/2 teaspoon black pepper&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Preheat your oven to 400° and grease a mini muffin tin.  Combine all your ingredients in a large bowl, making sure to mix very thoroughly.  Fill each section of the mini muffin tin to the top, pressing down with a spoon.  Bake 16 minutes, then remove by running a rubber spatula around the edge of each tot.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* After using both a regular muffin tin and a mini muffin tin, I’ve found that it really does work better to use the mini muffin tin. If you don’t have one, you can still use a regular muffin tin.  Just fill the sections about 1/3 of the way and keep a close eye to make sure they don’t burn.&lt;br/&gt;* The major changes I made were adding more onion, more Italian seasoning, and more black pepper, and using mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar.   Now I want to make these even more often, because this version was even better than the last one.&lt;br/&gt;* Have you made any changes to the zucchini tots recipe?  If so, let me know what they were and how it worked out.  I’m thinking of trying to make other vegetable tot recipes.  We’ll see where my CSA takes me…&lt;/p&gt;

I have lost 16 pounds and 4 inches on my waist.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am following the meal plan provided with the challenge. I&amp;#8217;m doing clean eating (nothing processed) but I HAVE to have my coffee/splenda/splash of half &amp;amp; half in the morning. Other than the coffee, I am following it pretty closely. I&amp;#8217;ve been switching up my proteins in the meals so as not to get bored.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am doing an hour of cardio 6 days a week and just introduced strength training this week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So far, I can&amp;#8217;t believe my results! I am SO motivated and this actually feels like a lifestyle I can maintain. &lt;p&gt;World, meet Cookies &amp;amp; Cream cookies! Cookies, world! What are   cookies doing in a healthy post? These cookies are under 70 calories   each!! I made these on Sunday. They were amazingly delicious. I then had   to give them all away. So as not to eat every single one. So as not to   completely negate the fact that they’re low cal. So as not to have to   put on my cookie pants. It had to be done. But, I did save the recipe.   And now I’m gonna share it with you. So you can make them. Then eat  them  all. Then tell me all about it. Don’t worry. I won’t judge. &lt;img src="http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif?m=1300808789g" alt=":)" class="wp-smiley"/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Low Cal Cookies &amp;amp; Cream Cookies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 box white cake mix&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 egg whites&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/3 cup oil ( I used unsweetened applesauce, which lowered the calorie count. You can use oil, if you want. I ain’t mad atcha.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/3 cup fat free sour cream&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2- 1oo calorie packs Oreo thin crisps&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Preheat oven to 350 degrees.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mix the cake mix, egg whites, oil,  sour cream and vanilla  in a   mixer for 30 seconds. Scrape the sides of the bowl. Mix for 2 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, smash the unopened bags of thin crisps till they are all crumbled.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Stir the crumbled cookies into the batter.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet by the tablespoonful.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set in the middle.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Snack: Special K 90 calorie Raspberry Cheesecake Bar&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dinner: PB &amp;amp; J on English Muffin with Chocolate Quaker Quakes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I used PB2 for the first time today. It was delicious! And only 45 calories for 2 tablespoons! Compared to the 180 for the reduced fat peanut butter, that&amp;#8217;s awesome!!!&lt;/p&gt;
